Limitation of Liability

We at ockstore.com are not liable for any damages that result from products such as chargers, atomizers, mechanical mods, batteries, or any other electronics that are used in conjunction with these products. Furthermore, consequential and incidental damages are not covered under this warranty.

For lithium batteries, we cannot control the way they will be used, charged, discharged or stored after purchase, ockstore.com offers no warranty to lithium battery/batteries or any type of rechargeable batteries, separate or contained within the device, other than the battery working correctly upon first charge. We are not responsible for any damages for any type of battery due to the cause of usage or short-circuited. Please make sure that you understand how lithium and rechargeable batteries as well as devices that contain lithium rechargeable devices work. Use them at your risk. These products contain a chemical known to the state of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm.

E-Liquid & Nicotine Disclaimer: Please be aware that e-liquid products contain the following common ingredients, which may cause an allergic reaction to a small percentage of users: Propylene Glycol, Vegetable Glycerin, Nicotine, and Food/Beverage Flavorings. In order to avoid personal injury, do not purchase or use any product that contains any known ingredients that you may be sensitive to.

Pricing & Payment

Product prices do not include taxes (if applicable) and shipping charges. Tax and shipping charges will be added at checkout. The tax and shipping charges shown during the checkout process are an estimate and are subject to verification. Final charges will be reflected when your order is processed. Nothing contained in these terms should be construed in any way to waive or limit our rights to obtain payment for products purchased, including any applicable taxes for which the company pays.

Sales Tax

Always charge batteries on fire-proof surface and prevent charging on wood or carpet surface. ockstore.com is not responsible for any damage of any modification to the batteries or charges in any shape or form. We are not responsible for the damage of any damage caused by misuse or mishandling of Li-ion (Lithium-ion), LiPo (Lithium-ion Polymer) and any rechargeable batteries.

Translation Interpretation

These Terms and Conditions may have been translated if We have made them available to You on our Service. You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
